Built for OTFC public safety professionals and first-responders, OTFC Grid promotes interoperability between public and private agencies, allowing OTFC Grid users to find each other by location, organization, proximity or specialty; Grid and collaborate one-to-one or in groups; and share images, location, and real-time intelligence in an instant messaging conversation or an instant single-tap teleconference.

CLAIM YOUR PROFILE
Enter your agency-issued email address, and well match you to your validated by OTFC Grid profile already in the system. Once youve verified your identity, complete your profile in one simple step.

DISCOVER
Find and Grid with your team and specialists or experts in your region or across the country.

CONNECT
Grid with other verified members so you can start messaging and using GridCall - instant teleconference. Invite your entire team to Grid with just one tap. You control with whom you Grid - only your Grids can send you messages.

MESSAGE
Private 1:1 and group chat with your team and other public safety professionals across the US. Share images and your location. Create or edit the name of group conversations you start. Notifications will alert you to new messages received. View information on all participants in a group chat even if youre not Grided. Start an instant teleconference with your chat group with just one tap.

ALERTS
Receive critical alerts instantly from your agency coordinator in GridCommand, a web application that increases situational awareness, tracks teams, and advances interoperable communications. Acknowledge received alerts with "Accept" or "Reject" status, or choose "Reply" to alert sender with additional input. Push notifications will let you know when a new alert is received. Read receipts let your coordinator know whether youve seen the alert. A backup email will let you know about an alert when youre away from your phone.

GEO-CAST
Broadcast your location to your coordinator in GridCommand. OTFC Grid will continue transmitting your location at a battery-friendly interval until you tap the button again to turn it off or logout.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
OTFC Grid encrypts your data in transit and at rest. The app follows NIST, DoD and FedRamp protocols and is approved by the National Fusion Center Association.
